Tulā means balance in Sanskrit. The teapot embodies a balance between the strict geometric shapes and the warm Italian walnut of the handle and lid. It also strikes a balance between the bold lines of the handle and its subtle curves.
The teapot can hold 1.5 litres of tea. Loose tea can be infused with the help of the separate tea strainer inside the teapot. Enjoy the organic teas of Asmi Ayurveda with this teapot and find your inner personal balance.
The tea strainer can be integrated into the teapot and is very practical to comfortably brew a good cup of our organic teas. Fill the strainer with a teaspoon of the loose leaves and pour boiling water over it.
Our material is Gres porcelain, which has a much better quality compared to ceramic in terms of resistance, durability, cleaning.
Everything starts with the mold, a chalk mold that we make for each piece.
Once we have this mold, we make a second one "in negatve": it is a rectangular mold with a hole inside that has the shape of the item. Then we pour liquid ceramic in it. When it dries in 2 - 3 days, we open this mold and the piece is ready, but very fragile.
All finishing, holes, corrections are done by hand during this step. We have to be very careful because the piece is fragile. Then we have the first firing in a "muffle" kiln.
Then we glaze the product and finally we have the second firing at high temperature (1,250°) in the same kiln.
The teapot is fully vitrified, resistant and cleanable and will accompany you for decades.

After receiving your returns, the money will be refunded to you. Please remember: the items should be unwashed, unaltered and unworn and in the original packaging. Cosmetic products are not eligible for a refund if the original packaging was opened.
