Recommended Use:
Dosage: Take 2 capsules approx. 90 to 60 minutes before going to bed with sufficient liquid. For jet lag reduction: take 2 capsules before going to bed on the first day of travel and 2 capsules before going to bed at your destination without chewing and with plenty of liquid.
Use & duration of effect: SLEEP can be taken both situationally and over the long term. The effect occurs immediately with the first intake. Longer use is possible. There are no known habituation processes. A monthly supply contains 60 capsules.
