1-2 tablespoons ROCKET C8 MCT oil - The MCT oil, extracted from up to 65 coconuts, is your rocket fuel. It provides the synthesis of ketone bodies which give you keto power.
1-2 tablespoons butter - Very important: Use butter of grazing cows. Why? The nutritional values of the grass are transferred to the milk of the cow, and so not only the quality of the butter is increased, but also your benefits.
