How does it work? 40 mg of caffeine per capsule combined with vitamin B6 create a waking effect and improve your attentiveness, while 60 mg of L-theanine help to counter the known negative effects of caffeine. The amino acid L-theanine contained in AWAKE is extracted from green tea and is said to have the property of stimulating so-called alpha-brain waves, which can be responsible for relaxation and rest. AWAKE with vitamin B6 can be dosed individually. We recommend not to exceed the daily dose of 160 mg of caffeine (4 capsules). The intake scale helps you with the dosage.
