What is FREIRAUM?

FREIRAUM is a new retail concept built to engage and inspire your sense of discovery through an ever-changing mix of brands and creators shaping our future. We work together with brands to create experiences for immersive storytelling and unlock new offline channels for growth.

Where is FREIRAUM located?

FREIRAUM is currently located at Quartier 205, Friedrichstrasse 68 in Berlin. Stay tuned for more locations, coming soon!

Who are your brand partners? How are they selected?

To keep it simple, our partners are brands that excite us and that excel in at least one of our core curation pillars (Read "Our Curation Process" for more information). FREIRAUM curates revolving experiences with an ever-changing mix of direct-to-consumer brands, providing them an opportunity to interact with their consumers IRL. With our new online shopping platform, we are thrilled to give these brands an additional channel to connect with their community!

What is your shipping policy?

The products are shipped directly from the respective brands. Please check their specific shipping policies on the product pages. Most items are shipped worldwide and for free. However, the shipping costs can vary from product to product and are displayed under the price in the checkout. Each company determines the shipping costs themselves, they can vary from country to country.

Of course, we also keep most items in our store so we would love to see you there to pick up the products personally. Please select ‘Local Pickup’ at the checkout for in-store pick up. 

When will my order arrive?

We ask our brands to fulfill online orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders will be shipped via DHL, UPS or equivalent and ought to arrive within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stipulated. Please note however that FREIRAUM collaborates with companies and manufacturers that differ in size. Some companies need more than 24 hours to get a product ready for shipping. You will find this information in the checkout.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy on full price items. All Items that were purchased with a discount code are not eligible for a refund and can only be exchanged on a case by case basis. All returns and refunds are handled directly by our amazing brand partners. Please let us know within those 14 days by filling in the return form you find in the footer of our website. Depending on the return conditions of the brand, we either provide you with a return label or we send you the address where to send the return to. Please do not send the return before contacting us as the return address might be different than the sender address. 

Please remember: the items should be unwashed, unaltered and unworn and in the original packaging. Cosmetic products are not eligible for a refund if the original packaging was opened.  

Who is fulfilling my product deliveries?

FREIRAUM serves solely as a platform for our brand partners. Products sold here are fulfilled by each individual merchant separately. Information you provide at checkout to complete your transaction is therefore given directly to the specific brand completing fulfillment of that product.
