Whenever our founder Franziska would go to the drug store she’d stand in front of the skincare shelf, overwhelmed by the amount of options. Despite having tried many different products before, she felt still unsure which of the standardized products would actually work for her. Over time, she realized that it wasn’t just her: many of her friends shared this experience.

When Franziska met Dominik, a scientist and technology expert, he lent a scientific perspective to her practical problem. They quickly realized that there was only one solution: skincare that grounds the decision in analytics rather than in guessing. With Dominik’s expertise and the contribution of dermatologists, they developed an approach that combines objective evaluation, personal choice and scientifically proven ingredients to tailor skincare to the individual.
