Dosage:
Mix 1-2 heaped teaspoons daily in plenty of water and drink, or pour over food. Ideal in overnight oats, smoothies or breakfast bowls.
Tip: mix approx. 50g of oat flakes with 1-2 teaspoons of Fiber Mix. Pour hot water or vegetable milk on top and leave to soak for 10 minutes. Garnish with fruit and ingredients of choice, then enjoy porridge.
Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule of Vitamin B Complex per day with a meal. 1 capsule omega 3 per day with a meal. 0.5 mg magnesium (corresponds to a full measuring spoon) per day in the morning and evening in a glass of water or fruit juice. Suitable for a vegan diet.
